2017 Beach Soccer World Cup: What time will Nigeria play Italy?

Nigeria face Italy in their opening Fifa 2017 Beach Soccer World Cup on Thursday evening as coach Adamu Audu seeks a winning start in quest to surpass their previous quarter-final record this term.

The game billed for the capital city of the Bahamas will see the African runners-up square up against the European giants at the national Beach Soccer Arena, Nassau.

Experienced players like Isiaka Olawale, Ogbonnaya Okemiri, Bartholomew Ibenegbu Victor Tale, goalkeeper Godwin Ayalogu, Godspower Igudia, Emeka Ogbonna, Emmanuel Owhoferia and Suleiman Mohammed and Abu Azeez will be hoping to edge past a highly technical Italian side.

Both teams will be meeting for the second time at the World Cup with the Adamu Audu’s men aiming to see off their Italians again after defeating them 6-2 in Dubai, UAE in 2009.
