Ghanaian International Emmanuel Frimpong might look for green leave somewhere.

Frimpong who moved to Tottenham at younger age where he was later discovered by Arsenal to join the Hale End Academy at the age of nine has been a faithful servant to the gunners.

Frimpong has spent most of his last two seasons either on loan or on a treatment table.

Two separate cruciate ligament injuries and unconvincing loan spells at Wolves, Charlton and Fulham appeared to have called time on his Arsenal career. The Ghanaian international was on the Gunners bench when they shockingly lost 3-1 at home to Aston Villa in their opening Premier League fixture.

The Daily Mail even speculated that he could be allowed to join the Cottagers for free.

That hasn’t come to pass, but it’s surely just a matter of time until Frimpong is allowed to leave and find a permanent home for his tenacious tackling.

Frimpong might be called by the Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah for the 2014 World cup qualifier against Zambia.
