Yobo will join the NPFL under the Elite Players Scheme that seeks to assign players of international repute to Nigerian club sides in a bid to further improve the quality of the league.
Sani Kaita was a beneficiary of the scheme when he joined Enyimba for a three-month stint in 2014.
