1 GAME Special Projects Coordinator (Lagos), Okon Nya presented the books and pens to the Head Teacher of the school Mrs. Folashade Michaels in the presence of pupils of the school at the school’s Hall.

“It’s great to have been here to see the pupils and even greater to see smiles on their faces while receiving the books and pens. We believe it will go a long way in aiding their education and this we believe is a huge step in the right direction,” said Nya, immediately after the exercise.

Head teacher of Atanda-Olu school Mrs. Michaels remarked: “We can’t thank 1 GAME enough for this donation. Infact, looking at all these items, it is safe to say we are covered for the start of the new term in January as they’ll be books and writing materials for the students. We can only hope other well-spirited individuals and organizations follow in the footsteps of 1 GAME.”

1 GAME is expected to continue in its free distribution of books and pens in other schools around Lagos State as the same exercise will take place in Kano, Borno, Yobe, Rivers States and the FCT before the end of the year.
