CBN Beach Soccer FA Cup: Kogi, FCT battle for Cup today

Another beach pitch war beacons as Kogi will be tackling Team FCT on Sunday in the final on the beach ground at the Accra street, Zone 5, Abuja.

The Beach boys from the Confluence capital, Lokoja will be counting on the wealth of experience of their six national players alongside boasting of the best technical crew with the presence of Supersand Eagles trainer, Adamu Audu Ejor in their kitty.

The Governor Idris Wada sponsored Beach boys will be hoping to convert the investment of the sports-loving government into returning home with the trophy but faces huge challenge from the hosts, Team of the country’s legislative capital.

Governor Idris Wada of Kogi will be celebrating his first National Football Trophy since 19-month in office if the Kogi Confluence Beach Soccer team wins the CBN Beach Soccer Challenge Cup.

The Coach Adamu Ejor led boys thrashed Team Kaduna 7-4 on Saturday evening at the Accra street of Zone 5 Beach pitch.

Earlier on Friday, the Governor Wada sponsored Beach boys hammered Aso Saving team 10-1.

The final between Team Kogi and FCT will hold at 4pm Nigerian time on Sunday.
