DSS Arrest: How Maigari gain temporary freedom from detention

It’s no longer news that the former President of Nigeria Football Federation, Aminu Maigari managed to secure freedom and escaped spending a horrible in detention after he was arrest by the Department of State Security Service upon arrival from Brazil on Friday morning.

SavidNews gathered from sources that the current National chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu was the good Samaritan who secured the release of the neglected embattled former NFF boss.

Mu’azu who is the son-in-law of the embattled President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Aminu Maigari, had to intervene to get the release of the latter from the claws of the Directorate of State Security Service (DSS).

Maigari, according to reports, was released at about 7:30pm on administrative bail on Friday.

SavidNews earlier recalls that the office of the Nigeria Football Federation is still under lock and key with premises of guarded by arms men of the Nigeria Police force, who have both denied staff and visitors’ entry into the complex.

Just days after the troubled Bauchi-born Football administrator has his entire NFF board sacked on Wednesday by a high court sitting in Jos,Plateau State.
