Kogi State Governor Capt Idris Wada stated this when he alongside His Royal Majesty, Alh Ado Ibrahim, the Ohinoyi of Ebira land received the body of the late former governor.

The governor who was among the early callers to pay a condolence visit on the family of Alhaji Adamu Atta, the first civilian governor of Kwara State during the Second Republic, said the late elder statesman epitomizes sincerity and said his wise counsel will be greatly missed.

Late Adamu Attah, died at the early hours of today. His body arrived Okene from Abuja where thousands of sympathizes gathered to pay him there last respect.

The Governor described the late Adamu Attah as a man who will be remembered for his sterling qualities of up rightness and selflessness.

The Governor enjoined Nigerians to imbibe the legacies of unity the late elder statesman has always preached and personified.

The governor condoled with the family of the Late Adamu Atta,urged them to take solace in his good deeds and the legacies he left behind.

Capt Wada called on Nigerians like the late Adamu Attah live worthy legacies while alive,said his administration will greatly miss the wise counsel of the departed former governor.
