John Ogu Sets Personal Targets on Scoring Goals, WC Ticket for Eagles

Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu has stated that scoring goals for the national team remains one of his john ogu1many personal targets as a player of the Super Eagles.

The Academica De Coimbra of Portugal ace revealed also that its in his personal ambition to ensure qualification of Nigeria for next year’s FIFA 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

“My first target is to qualify Nigeria to the World next year in Brazil as that will be very great for me as a player and will also put a big smile on people’s face here in the country and hopefully to also score goals for the team”

Ogu made his international debut for Nigeria in a 1-1 draw against Kenya in March 2013 during a FIFA World cup qualifier where he was substituted for injured Victor Moses.

On May 31st 2013, Ogu scored his first goal for fatherland during an international friendly match against Mexico at the Reliant Stadium in Houston.
