Italian-Nigerian striker Alvin Okoro eyes fresh start with Arezzo
Italian-Nigerian forward Alvin Okoro is reportedly on the verge of a move to Serie C outfit Arezzo as the promising attacker looks to take the next step in his career in Italian football.
The 21 year old centre-forward, who is currently registered with Juve Stabia and has also been linked with Serie B side Venezia, is attracting interest from Arezzo ahead of the new season.
Although the proposed transfer remains at the rumour stage, it has fuelled speculation that the dual-national striker could soon secure regular first-team football.
A move to Arezzo would see Okoro drop from Serie B to Serie C, but the switch could offer the highly rated youngster a greater opportunity for consistent playing time and continued development.
