Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly reaffirmed his love for his wife, Ewatomi, amid his ongoing social media feud with his baby mama, Ashabi.

The latest drama unfolded after Ashabi shared a cryptic video that Portable interpreted as a direct jab at him, prompting the "Zazuu" crooner to respond with a series of posts on social media.

In his initial reaction, Portable accused Ashabi of coming after him despite claiming he had moved on with his life. He alleged that members of her family still live in a house he rented for her and claimed she would struggle to find another man willing to marry her.

Ashabi, however, fired back at the singer, dismissing his claims and accusing him of failing to adequately support their child. According to her, Portable had sent her only ₦200,000 over the past six months, questioning whether he expected her to suffer.

As the exchange intensified, Portable shifted his attention to his wife, taking to his Instagram Story to shower her with praise and appreciation.

"Aya Ola. You're so special, Ewatomi. Mama Zeh, no competition. Titi Alayo, I really appreciate you in my life."

In another post, the singer declared that his perspective on relationships had changed, insisting he had found genuine love with the woman who has stood by him.

"My eyes don open, now I feel the real feelings. Now, I'm in love with who dey for me."

Portable also claimed he was the one who ended his relationship with Ashabi, alleging that he walked away to protect himself and preserve his marriage.

"Na me say I no do again. I run for my life before dem use juju collect me from my wife."

The singer further questioned why Ashabi had not moved on with another relationship if they had truly gone their separate ways.

"Why another man never put you for house? Please free me. Na person husband I be. I win you because I'm happy without you."
