The calendar will begin with the third round of the African qualifying series for the 2028 Women's Olympic Football Tournament, scheduled to take place from February 23 to March 6.

The first round of qualifying for the 2028 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) will follow from April 13 to 24, while the second round is scheduled for June 7 to 15.

Attention will then shift to the fourth round of the African Olympic qualifiers from October 4 to 12, with the final and fifth round of the qualifying campaign set for November 23 to December 4.

Meanwhile, the second phase of the FIFA Women's Intercontinental Play-Off Tournament will also take place from February 23 to March 6.

The 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup in Brazil will run from June 24 to July 25, bringing together the world's leading women's national teams.

Please note that the 2027 CAF Women's Champions League schedule is not included and will be announced during the course of the year.
