CAF releases schedule for 2026 Women's Champions League in Egypt
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has released the schedule for the 2026 CAF Women’s Champions League in Egypt, confirming that all kick-off times will be in Cairo local time.
The participating teams will compete for continental honours, with the tournament also determining Africa’s representative in the next stage of the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup.
The winner of the 2026 CAF Women’s Champions League will face Naegohyang in the second round of the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup in December.
The encounter will provide Africa’s representatives with an opportunity to test themselves against opposition from outside the continent and progress further in the global women’s club competition.
With a place in the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup at stake, the competition is expected to be an important platform for African women’s club football.
