Kebbi United FC have appointed Usman Salihu Yinka as the club’s new Head Coach ahead of the 2026/2027 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.

 The appointment is part of the club’s ongoing restructuring efforts aimed at strengthening its technical department and improving the team’s prospects for the new campaign.

 Coach Yinka is returning to Kebbi United, having previously served as Head of the Technical Crew from 2019 to 2022. His familiarity with the club, coupled with his experience and tactical knowledge, influenced the management’s decision to bring him back.

 The club’s management expressed confidence in Yinka’s leadership and technical abilities, charging him with the responsibility of guiding the team to a successful campaign and securing promotion.

 Yinka has already resumed duties and commenced work with the players, who are currently undergoing training and a screening exercise as preparations for the new season continue.
