The Nigeria National League (NNL) has shifted the date of its 16th Annual General Meeting from September 10 to September 13, 2025, with Kaduna State remaining the host venue.

In a statement released yesterday, NNL Chief Operating Officer Danlami Alanana confirmed that all affected clubs and state football associations have been duly informed of the adjustment.

“Due to some logistical considerations, a slight adjustment for the 16th edition of the Nigeria National League Annual General Meeting has been made,” the statement read. The AGM will now commence at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, with participants expected to arrive a day earlier, on September 12.

The NNL also revealed that a major sponsorship agreement will be unveiled during the meeting, a development expected to boost the league’s growth and financial stability.
