Nasarawa Amazons netted six unanswered goals against Kwara Ladies in Asaba, Delta State.

In a matchup between two second-tier teams, First Mahi Babes triumphed over Gallant Queens with a score of 4-1.

Lagos champions Dannaz Ladies delivered an impressive performance, defeating GP World 5-0.

Osun Babes secured a 3-0 victory against N-Youth, while Mighty Jets narrowly defeated Delta Babes.

Bayelsa Queens eliminated fellow NWFL Premiership team Naija Ratels with a 2-1 win.

Sunshine Queens and Castmog FA ended their match in a 0-0 draw, with Sunshine Queens prevailing 8-7 in the penalty shootout.

Similarly, Fortress Ladies and Onimarg FC played to a 1-1 draw, but Onimarg FC from Ondo State advanced with a 4-2 victory in penalties.

Two matches concluded with walkovers: former NWFL Premiership champions Delta Queens advanced without contest against Jacklyn Angels, while Unification Ladies progressed past Adamawa Queens.
