The 2024/25 Kebbi Beach Soccer League (KBSL) Super 4 got underway with two games in Birnin Kebbi on Friday.

Magatakarda BSC defeated Dallatu United BSC 9-3 to go top of the table with maximum points.

Hamza Manga scored five goals, coupled with a goal apiece from Darda'i Aliyu, Mansur Sani, Nuhu Garba, and Hassan Muhammad, lifting Magatakarda BSC to victory.

Goals from Samaila Bawa, Abba Sani, and Usama Abubakar were not enough to help Dallatu United BSC.

In the second match of day one, BAM Projects BSC edged holders, Kebbi United BSC 2-0 on penalties after regulation time ended 4-4.

Hassan Abdullahi was the man of the match for BAM Projects with three goals, while Muazu Hassan converted one.

Jo Guy also scored three goals for Kebbi United as Umar Aliyu added a goal.

After the opening day of the Super 4, Magatakarda BSC topped the table with three points ahead of BAM Projects with a point, while Kebbi United and Dallatu United were without a point.

Two games will take place on Matchday two, with Dallatu United BSC match against Kebbi United starting at 4:15 pm before the BAM Project game with Magatakarda BSC.
