The Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF), organizers of the Zenith Bank Women's Basketball League, has announced a slight adjustment to the schedule of the 2025 edition of the premier women’s basketball championship.

According to a letter signed by NBBF Secretary General, Amina Amanchi, and sent to all participating teams and stakeholders, the preliminary Phase 1 games of the Atlantic and Savannah Conferences will now hold as follows:

Atlantic Conference: July 21–29, 2025 in Benin City, Edo State

Savannah Conference: July 28–August 5, 2025 in Abuja, FCT

Phase 2 of the zonal playoffs will take place simultaneously in both conferences:

Atlantic Conference: August 24–September 1, 2025 in Ilorin, Kwara State

Savannah Conference: August 24–September 1, 2025 in Jos, Plateau State

Details for the National Final 8, scheduled to hold in Lagos, will be announced in due course, pending confirmation from the league sponsors.
